The Client retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all data entered, stored, or generated within the MedAxis AI CRM. MedAxis AI acts solely as a data processor and does not claim any rights, access, or usage beyond providing CRM services.
Data Portability
Upon written request or termination of services, the Client has the right to receive a full export of all CRM data, including contacts, pipelines, notes, activity logs, files, tasks, and communication history. Exports will be delivered in standard formats (CSV, JSON, or via API).
Data Retention & Deletion
Within 30 days after providing the export, MedAxis AI will permanently delete all copies of the Client’s data from its systems unless otherwise required by law. MedAxis AI will not retain, access, or repurpose Client data under any circumstances.
No Vendor Lock-In
The CRM configuration provided by MedAxis AI is non-proprietary. The Client may migrate their data to any CRM platform of their choosing without restriction.
